Tivoli Food Truck Requirements

Pennsylvania does not have health or fire reciprocity — each local jurisdiction issues its own food-truck permits.

In Tivoli, health is overseen by PA Department of Agriculture and fire by Tivoli's fire authority, each at the local level.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the Township of Shrewsbury.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
