Annapolis Food Truck Requirements

Under HB 771 (effective April 18, 2017), Maryland has health reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or inspection issued by any Maryland jurisdiction is accepted statewide. Fire permits are issued locally.

In Annapolis, health is licensed by Anne Arundel County Department of Health and fire permitting is set locally by Annapolis' fire authority.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the City of Annapolis.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
