Making Memories Since 2015
Our Story.
Mac ‘N Noodles can trace its roots all the way back to founder David Sevcik’s childhood. David and his siblings were always excited to make mac and cheese at home as a kid. In fact, even cooking the store-bought powdered cheese was a full evening event.
Fast forward to December of 2015, and after spending months workshopping the perfect cheese sauce, David was ready to take his recipe on the road. Armed with four fresh flavors and a refurbished truck, Mac ‘N Noodles made its debut at Prost Brewing in Denver.
Today, whether it’s our flagship trucks or one of our trusted licensed partner trucks, you can find Mac ‘N Noodles catering America’s best mac and cheese at schools, breweries, festivals, and weddings across the United States.
