Absolutely. While cheese is our specialty, we offer gluten-free pasta, vegan alternatives, and clear allergen labeling (Big 9) so everyone can join the party.
Our trucks typically serve 60–80 guests per hour. For larger crowds, we simply deploy additional trucks or set up high-speed serving stations to keep the lines moving.
Your quote includes the custom menu, professional staff, eco-friendly disposables, and a dedicated service window. No hidden "cheese tax" here!
We just need a flat 30–40ft parking space and safe clearance. Our trucks are fully self-contained with their own power and water, so we're ready to roll anywhere.
To ensure your favorite truck is available, we recommend 4–8 weeks notice. However, we love a challenge—if you have a last-minute craving, give us a call!
Yes, all our partner trucks are fully licensed and health-department compliant. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request to give you total peace of mind.
